If you contact us via social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) or through the support tab on our website, we will record your name, social media account name and email address.

When we need to physically service or repair one of our products that you own, or if we need to send you warranty or service items, we will collect your physical shipping address along with any other contact information we need to provide this service.

When you make or attempt to make a purchase through our webstore, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including bank numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as your “Order information”.

You may add yourself to our email list through the form on our website, through our facebook page, in which case we will collect your name and email address.

When you place an order, we will maintain your order information for our records until you ask us to delete this information.

When you contact us to ask questions or request technical support, we will maintain your personal information until you ask us to delete this information.

When you join our email list we will maintain your name on the list until you request that you email address be removed from the list.
